BURGLARY OF THE BIGGS BANDON MILLS IN JUNE 1827
On 8th June 1827 the Bandon Mills belonging to W.J. and
J. Biggs were burgled and copper coins were stolen. An award of
twenty pounds was offered by the proprietors for information leading to
a discovery. The townspeople listed below also offered a reward
leading to prosecution within six months of the burglary.
